MiSTer DIPS system (is it possible with this core? I need to reference the other Williams hardware with a similar strange menu system to see)
HDMI video output is off center by a line or two to the right and up. I need to learn how to adjust this properly.

HDMI output vertically should be good now (vertically as in when the screen is in TATE mode). Horizontally I'm still working out how to fix it.
