Sidebar for tournaments page?

Current behavior

Tournaments page includes regular tournaments but also now indexes and question series. I don't know whether it's necessary to add another category up top and I don't want to make tournaments harder to find, but I would like some indication when you hit the tournaments page that there are things other than tournaments.

Expected/desired behavior

Suggesting a side bar with "Active Tournaments," "Question Series," "Indexes" (once #2080 is done) and "Archives?"

Definitely think Tournaments page needs a facelift, although I'm not sure if I like combining it with Series and Indexes. To me this sounds best:

• Tournaments page gets a redesign, but only has Tournaments
  • Better display of progress and user participation for each tournament
  • Improve tournament discovery
  • Distinguish "Quarterly Cup" (to be renamed) from other tournaments with Q2 and onwards
• We create a page called "Discover"
  • Has condensed content blocks for:
    • Top Tournaments
    • Question Series
    • Indexes
    • Top Comments this week
    • Top Categories
