The Sign Language Detection System in Python utilizes machine learning to recognize and interpret hand gestures representing English alphabet letters. Through training on a dataset of sign language gestures, the system employs machine learning algorithms to accurately classify and detect individual letters, providing a practical solution for translating sign language into written English. Also in this project, I implemented converting text to sign language.
