Integrated IRC Client cant connect sometimes

The integrated IRC client fails to connect to the #megaglest-lobby channel sometimes when joining the "Internet Game" menu.
I finally grabbed the output which is printed in the command line when this happens:

===> IRC Could not run the session: No error run_result = 3
===> IRC Could not run the session: No error run_result = 3
===> IRC Could not run the session: No error run_result = 3
===> IRC Could not run the session: No error run_result = 3
===> IRC Could not run the session: No error run_result = 3
===> IRC Could not run the session: No error run_result = 3
===> IRC Could not run the session: No error run_result = 3

Not a really urgent bug, because it happens very infrequently.
