Насколько я понял, бот сейчас может работать только в одной группе, указанной в main_group_id.
Хотелось бы иметь возможность:

  1. Чтобы бот умел работать в нескольких группах. Их можно перечислить в конфиге или сделать чтобы бот сам определял в каких группах он админ.
  2. Отправлять репорты нескольким адресатам, например задавать массив в reports_group_id
