Dashboard - Identity management

This milestone adds the admin dashboard to the project as a new Next.js application.
Protected by Ory Kratos login and Ory Keto authorisation, it lays the foundation for the upcoming milestones.
In addition to the general application setup, it already includes a fully functional identity management with a custom identity query, dynamic editing of identity traits based on the Ory Kratos identity scheme with full zod-form validation, identity credential management, identity recovery and more.
