Change Color of plotDAbeeswarm?

Hello, thank you for the excellent tool!

I have made DAbeeswarm plots with the "plotDAbeeswarm" function. I am wondering how to input specific colors to this function and/or modify the function to use specific colors instead of the default red/blue.
