💡 Use attachment name / alt text for thread title

Describe the improvement

We should add attachment names and alt texts to the message content when determining thread title.

Could also expose message variables like $FIRST_ATTACHMENT_NAME or something

hello all love Needle have it deployed on my servers, i have a question. For the title is there away for it to name the thread after a file that is being uploaded if i post some photos in my server I don't want to name each thread since the file already has the name I have over 1200 photos that I have taken and spent 100's of hours naming each photo
