Subject: [PATCH] Removing registering without a Discord account.

Removing registering without a Discord account.
You can not register without a Discord account, All players should use the "Login with Discord" button even when creating a new account. There are some technical reasons to keep the manual register, But it still requires a Discord account link or bypass by me on the backend.
