LKT example output file shows time value higher than simulation time

LKT output file "lkt.m3d" located in the "output_test_64" folder that comes with the release version, shows total elapsed time of 5000.023 at the end of the simulation. The associated DIS and BTN files are set to run for PERLEN=5000. The file "lkt.m3d" in the first release of MT3D-USGS had the correct time. We need to fix the "lkt.m3d" file.
