Include the following at the top of your Pull Requests, and do no submit your PR until you have checked every box.

Note:

• If you are not adding a new feature, you may remove the New Feature Submission header
• If you are not changing core features, IE fixing a bug, you may remove the Changes to Core Features header

• Have you tested your core changes?
