Changes in this build from the previous beta build:

• New filesystem structure. Lots of stuff has been moved under the Data directory. Downloaded_Mods and logs will remain at the root. Updating to this build should reorganize your files and keep everything intact.
• Developer mode is disabled when an upgrade is performed.
• Filtering in download assistant should be implemented - it needs testing.
• DDS, BMP, JPEG, JPG, TGA, MOD file formats should now be supported for drag and drop.
