social media buttons on footer not working

Describe the bug
The social media handles in the footer are not working properly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the main page
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
3. click on social media buttons
4. See error

Expected behavior
one can be able to access the social media handles of the website

please assign this issue to me under gssoc 2024
I can fix it provided some social media handles

I didn't find them
once those provided, I can add them and open a pull request
