Could you add this to DockX in itself? I use the XFCE panel plugin but there are themes that do not allow transparency for all panel icons. Plus, the trash icon in the XFCE4 panel is offset from the DockBarX plugin. I got a slight case of OCD and it drives me a bit bonkers that I am unable to get the trash can lined up with my Dockbarx theme.
