wine programs: one icon instead of 3 icons, when opened

MX Linux 19 (Debian)
Xfce

I have checked this settings:

So my expectation was now this:
When I open the wine program Microsoft Word and
wine program Microsoft Excel and
wine/Lutris program "learning program"
...then I would get 3 icons.

But I only have one icon:

Is there something I can do?
