Describe the issue

I installed and signed in, it shows the watch in the configuration but doesn't add any entities to HA
Any help would be great 😃
P.s. typing from phone sorry if it's not too detailed

Reproduction steps

1. Installed and restarted HA
2. Added the integration and signed into Xplora
3. In the configuration there is a long number symbolising it sees the watch on the account
4. I tick that box and click save
5. Save successful but no device or entities added
   ...
