Ultrawide support

umm byeah like follow up on what i sent in ss2cord ,.,. ultrawide support is borked !

item wrap around happens way too early

and worst sin of all the health bar is slightly off center ,,,

outside of those two though the mod seems to work well ,., .

rewrote the positioning for a bunch of hud elements to center itself and then move based on it's width

so now they should work for any ultrawide resolution as of 0.10.0 (here's the hud running on both my monitors working as one)

lmk if it still isn't working
