支持通过 Apprise 的链接配置 Apprise 支持的渠道，如下面例子：

# channel_13(apprise)
channel_13_TYPE=apprise
channel_13_APPRISE_URLS=<YOUR_APPRISE_URLS>

具体这个 APPRISE_URLS 可以参考 https://github.com/caronc/apprise 。
例如：

barks://hostname/device_key
feishu://token

如果是 Heimdallr 本身支持的渠道（如 Bark 等），可以直接通过文档里的方式配置（推荐），也可以通过 Apprise 链接配置。Apprise 存在的目的是补充一些偏门或暂时没有精力接入的渠道。
