[NEAR x Messenger] payment bot

Messenger chat bot that interacts with NEAR Blockchain.

Description

send crypto easier and more convenient with the bot
people can search for the page of the bot on facebook and start messaging with it (or via a link such as "m.me/nearpaymentbot" )
reward top 3 user with highest transaction volume in a period of time for incentive (in NEAR token)
interact with smart contract via near-api-js
