feat: fork diff && test fixes

Changes

• Added fork.yaml to document all relevant fork changes
• Add gh action (pages.yml) to generate and serve index.html to pages
• Fixed E2E tests (kinda) - they're disabled upstream currently and I spent way too much time reverse engineering a L2 factory deployment tx. Aligning with upstream and disabling as well until OCL patches. There is one E2E test passing (i.e, Test e2e custom fee token)
• Updated signatures and storage mappings
• Updated deployment params used in test scripts
