Max. Seperatederged chunks Claims

Hey,
I searched very long for a claim Plugin and finally found landlord.
Landlord is the best i found but one less feature is missing. The feature to configure in config to choose the max. Merged chunks as a claim which are on different locations. Like spot 1 has 9 merged chunks and called in example claim 1 and on another spot with a few other merged chunks as claim 2.

It will be cool if i can seperate and rename the different claims and configure there friends who are added there.

Its a little bit more coding work but a must have.
