Mob Animation Subs #7126

Mob animation subs for several mob families where changed at some point to not default to 0 but instead 4 or some other number, which caused their mixin files to break (weapon breaking not working, etc.). I'd like to fix this but am unsure if I should change the mixin file or the mob pool default animation in my PR. |

Retail dictates the sub-animations. Whatever is in the captures is what should be in the database. |

Retail dictates the sub-animations. Whatever is in the captures is what should be in the database.
The mixings should be the ones working with the data given by the database.
