Unable to send messaged beginning in /

[haarp]

HoloIRC seems to ignore input beginning with "//" (slash followed by slash), making it impossible to send messages beginning with a slash. Additionally, " /" (space followed by slash) also seems to have no effect.

Other clients allow escaping these messages by beginning them with either a slash or a space
