Wallet improvement

This is the improvement version, not mandatory to update

Features:

• Fix crash issue for luxd and lux-qt
• Improve luxd/lux-qt speed on heavy wallet
• Reduce cpu usage on staking
• Fix balance calculations for importprivkey
• Fix bug related to utxo unlock code
• Pruning UX changes
• Remove the trading tab

LUXtre
Note: LUXtre linux user need to execute launcher.sh (bash launcher.sh)
Make sure you backup your wallet.dat

lux.conf datadir

For Windows systems go to %appdata%\LUX
For Linux systems go to ~home/.lux
For Mac systems go to ~Library/Application\ Support/LUX

Start the new wallet
