Invite new contact

When I meet someone whom I'd like to share with or invite to share with me but I do not have them as an existing contact in my address book, I'd like to create an invite QR code and link directly from Coagulate with a temporary name and note to track who I generated that invite for.

This could be implemented as a + button on the contact list page that creates a dht record on tap, asks for a name and optional note and on submit shows the contact details page with the corresponding qr code and link options.
