I want a way to disable nsfw complete, not just a toggle, like take it out of the app, or hide it behind a code other than my phone pin

Kotatsu can disable NSFW complete, but it depends entirely on kotatsu-parsers...
I noticed that there are some sources from kotatsu-parsers that contain NSFW but the parser is not set (usually set "false" as default)

I assume you want to install kotatsu on a minors device? Might just be me but I don't think this is a good idea. A lot of sources simply don't provide info on the explicitness or simply mislabel stuff. The explicit filter probably removes the worst stuff but a lot of in my opinion very explicit stuff would still be shown.

Its simply not worth it (and also misleading) to put a password on a system that is 80% accurate at best.
