Trouble with Smart Filters

PMM is working great for me in general, but I'm trying to use smart_filter for the first time and not having much luck. Maybe I'm just missing something.

As a test, I'm using some config straight from the wiki:

  Top Action Movies:
    smart_filter:
      all:                    
        genre: Action                         
      sort_by: audience_rating.desc                 
      limit: 20 

In 1.13.3 it runs without error, but doesn't find any matching movies. In develop I get a "No builders were found" error. Any debugging ideas would be appreciated.

The equivalent Plex filter does show results:

This works for me on develop now. I see some possibly related fixes there since I posted the question. Maybe they did they trick, or maybe some change to my configuration did it. Either way, my smart filters are working as expected.

Im sorry for completely missing this but yea i was altered to the issue with #523 so it should be all fixed now!
