Unknown Error: Document is empty

Started getting this yesterday after adding a new collection "BBC"
any ideas what might be causing this?

can you try and run it again and see if the error still happens and if so send me the collection config that's running when this error happens

HI ok, it ran again overnight (after a server reboot), I've checked the logs again and cannot find the issue anymore. even at the specific location where it was occurring yesterday in the config (BBC collection). Not sure what has changed, perhaps the reboot cleared something? anyways it fixed for now, but I will post here if this does occur again.

you were getting this as a response from thetvdb.com and my guess is when you ran this their site was down so it returned nothing

ahh this makes sense, I did notice that the Collection did not update if this occurred , and a new collection did not get created if the error occurred. I'm assuming this is to prevent corruption of a collection due to tvdb connection issues?
