Fix Crash Excel

Close all active Excel Windows. Open File Explorer, Paste following path:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART

Minor Fix on Mouse Hook and Tab index on SQL Upload

Close all active Excel Windows. Open File Explorer, Paste following path:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART

First Release.

Tested on Excel 64bit on Microsoft 365.
Copy this file to %appdata%\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART
