Pixelify module disables on boot #338
Comments
I'm having the same issue. After installing Pixelify, the phone boots with Pixelify enabled (seeing the pixel boot screen), but from the boot screen it immediately reboots and boots normally with Pixelify disabled. Device name: Galaxy s10 Exynos |
It seems to be a problem with the Pixel launcher, if you disable it while installing everything else seems to work fine. |
Same thing on Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S with LineageOS 21 Official. |
Did it work without the pixel launcher and live wallpapers for you? |
I'm not tested this. |
Device name: Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro (EU)
Rom name: LineageOS 21
Android version: 14
Pixelify version: 3.0 or 3.1-alpha
Bug Description:
After installing Pixelify, the phone boots with Pixelify enabled (seeing the pixel boot screen), but from the boot screen it immediately reboots and boots normally with Pixelify disabled. I've tried installing several times (v3.0 and/or 3.1-alpha) with the same outcome. I have only spotted a hint of the cause in some log file, stating that boot time was exceeded, but was not able to reproduce it again. Magisk logs do not show Pixelify starting, only mention PixelifyUninstall service.sh executing.
Here's some logs from installation and the installation config:
logs.txt
flaglogs.txt
boot_logs.txt
config.prop
(EDIT: Added boot_logs.txt from recent boot)
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
