Our goal is to extract valuable insights from user feedback to understand player sentiments, identify common themes about the gaming experience.
Genshin Impact has garnered a massive player base since its release, resulting in a wealth of user-generated reviews across various platforms. By leveraging data analysis and visualization techniques, this project aims to:
- Perform sentiment analysis on user reviews to gauge the overall mood and satisfaction levels of the player community.
- Identify Key Themes: Extract and categorize common topics and issues mentioned in the reviews, such as game mechanics, character design, storyline, and monetization.
- Visualize Insights: Create visualisations to present the findings in an accessible and informative manner.
The data for this project is webscraped and collected from the Apple App Store.
Sentiment Analysis: Understand the distribution of positive, negative, and neutral reviews using natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
Topic Modeling: Identify prominent themes and topics discussed by players through techniques like LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation).
Visulisations: Visualize the analysis results, enabling easy exploration of the data and insights.
