Gloot version 3 has been released. We need to upgrade in order to get rid of the protosets file that is annoying and we have to compensate for in some instances.

See https://github.com/peter-kish/gloot/blob/master/docs/gloot_2_to_3_transition_guide.md in order to get the transition going.
