Enable adding WebPageFormerUrlPath objects

I'm migrating content from multiple legacy sites. Part of the process requires changing page URLs. Not a problem.

However, I need to handle redirects from old URLs to new URLs. A great way to handle this would be adding Former Urls for these pages.

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd love it if an ContentItemSimplifiedModel instance allowed adding a Former Url, so that when the page is imported, a Former Url would be imported with it.

This feature would be very useful! I actually have a need for something similar in the XbyK migration tool and will submit a feature request.

Approved, @tkrch please support simplified as well as full structure and allow for multiple FormerURLs per one page.
