Qeurying on ticket Tickets/EntityInformation #68

Currently I/am able to get the issue/subissue type id from the tickets

I would like to 'translate' these to the name of the issue and subissue

The values are available in the EntityInformation but I'm not sure how to call this in the current functionality

This would be a very useful feature
