Describe the Bug

Category buttons in Catalog no more have the hand cursor to show that we can click on it

it occurs since Patternfly upgrade to 6

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

  1. Open a Camel route
  2. Click to add a step, to have the catalog opened
  3. pass the mouse over one the ctaegory on the tile
