Make createstubs simpler to use by others

[ ] publish via MIP
[ ] generatevariants to other folder
[ ] document use and .mpy versions

[ ] add boardinfo to the MIP package
[ ] use the boardname in the firmware name
[ ] optinaly: simplify the way to retrieve information on a firmware
