Changelog:
- Bugfix: VBS files are now generated as Unicode, should now work with non-English path names.
- Bugfix: Improved image quality of extracted icons.
- Bugfix: Changed pinning detection behaviour, should now work in more cases.
- Amendment: Quick build custom shortcut form now correctly shows information label and matches the currently chosen skin.
