Required steps;

1. Fork repo template to Project destination
2. Rename project repo
3. Review ISSUE_TEMPLATES
   • remove/delete unwanted templates
   • Update templates - See .yaml template files for each associated project repo- See ISSUE_TEMPLATE
   • Update workflow files - See advanced‐issue‐labeler
4. Update license if required
5. Create a project dashboard and link to the project repository
6. update project workflows
