missing reduce_to_width_mex.mexmaca64 for Apple Silicon

Hi Jim,
Great work. The package does not contain "reduce_to_width_mex.mexmaca64" for Apple Silicon. I was not able to compile. Could you please compile this function or give instructions how to do.

The code was written targeting specific instructions on Intel processors. The easiest solution is to find the default path and to make another file that only uses that default path so that it is easy to compile. It won't be as fast but it should still be pretty fast. I'm super busy for the next couple of days but I can try and get this done by the weekend.
