Public Beta 0.9.8

The first update after some long time. The release artifacts are now build via GitHub actions. A lot of rework under the hood, but the user interface isn't completely reworked yet and AAX and Linux are also not ready yet. Therefore another beta version.

Changelog since 0.9.7:

• macOS version is now built as universal binary for native M1 compatibility
• Changed default parameters to compensate volume drop when first loading the plugin
• Avoid possible audio glitches when modulating parameters fast
• Make stereo processing possible
• Added an info page with version and update info
