Let's see... Here the device-oneplus-dumpling APKBUILKD mentions it's an unpatched mainline kernel, which means it comes either directly from the upstream torvalds tree or some downstream linux-stable tree. That also shows a dependency on linux-edge package which would be the kernel.

So where is the kernel packaging files used to build? You can simply search for linux-edge on pkgs.alpinelinux.org; now clicking on the resulting package name again and then Git repository you'll be taken to https://git.alpinelinux.org/aports/tree/community/linux-edge and oh look, APKBUILD which says kernel is currently version 5.19.9 (or tracking linux-stable linux-5.19.y branch) as well as config-edge.aarch64 which is your .config (probably still better to make it on your end).

The modules which you'd probably be interested in probing in initramfs with that kernel are defined in the device-oneplus-dumpling deviceinfo, without many of those probed in initramfs you cannot boot from internal storage.
