Procedural sky shader based on code from https://github.com/shff/opengl_sky
Drag sliders to control the various parameters:
Br: Rayleigh scattering
Bm: Mie scattering
g: Mie scattering direction
Cirrus: Cirrus cloud layer density
Cumulus: Cumulus cloud layer density
Sun: Sun angle
Speed: Cloud animation speed
