Well, of course I meant the entire control.
What should be displayed in the footer?
Why not simply use the last row?

I would also like to see that feature implemented in standard. What miles have in mind is a fixed row at the bottom of the tree where you can write/draw. Something like second header on the bottom of the tree. Sample very old code can be found on old tree dev. page:
