BUG: feedback in nav bar doesn't redirect to page

What happened?

there are two tabs - contact us and feedback , feedback doesnt direct to any page and contact us has feedback feature.
So , remove contact us from nav bar.
also can add phone no. and mail id for contact in footer section(please provide them).
@Its-Aman-Yadav please assign this to me and provide necessary details.
I am GSSOC'24 contributor.
