Fix Footer Overlapping Submit Button

What happened?

Hey @Its-Aman-Yadav . The footer is currently overlapping the submit button on our plan page, support page and on become a member page, rendering the submit button invisible and affecting user interaction. This issue needs to be resolved to ensure the submit button is always fully visible and accessible to users.
