mosdns 的国内外域名分流没有完全生效

配置文件如上，问题是这样的，比如我查询 qq.com，按理说应该直接被设置的国内 DNS 解析，即 main_seq->cn_seq->{exec: accept}，然而查询 qq.com 返回的结果是 FakeIP，查看输出的日志：

可以发现，查询 qq.com 的时候，先走了一遍 cn_seq，又走了一遍 proxy_seq，这是为什么呢？根据 wiki 的说法，走到 cn_seq 之后，执行了 exec: accept 的话，main_seq 不是应该就结束了，不会再执行 proxy_seq 了吗？
