Publish to Jetbrains marketplace?

This repository was written when I was exploring my options. I intended to merge it into its sister to avoid doing everything twice. However, I have, too, considered to publish it independently since it relies entirely on experimental APIs.

There are a few problems that is blocking the second option (and the first one too):

• So far, it doesn't work on my machine. I won't be able to fix other bugs and make enhancements until I find out why. I'm on my way, but this will take at least some time.
• I have never used PyCharm Professional and I don't have a subscription. Hopefully this could be compensated by sponsorships.
• Its sister, which aims to work for both versions of PyCharm, is planned to be published once PyCharm 2024.1 is released, so this one is not my primary concern at the moment.

In short, I can't publish it yet.

Update: The bug is found; fix coming soon. If I'm not too busy doing something else I'll be releasing this plugin's first proof-of-concept version this Sunday. That should resolve problems 1 and (partially) 3.

As I worked on the bug, I made a breaking change: package renaming. This means configurations are now stored at pyright-langserver.xml instead of pyright-experimental.xml (inside .idea for projects, and ~/.config/JetBrains/<product><version> for IDE). You should be able to rename the old files and have your existing configurations up and running.

Sorry for this; naming things is indeed hard.
