As a user, I want to be able to access my booked appointment in the chat tool.

@fiammapather @joannayoungs we wanted to be sure whether or not we'd interpreted this correctly. In the Action for Children tool, the appointment booking is for a phone call, however I wasn't sure if you guys meant more an appointment to talk to someone via the chat. If it is the latter, that is a different feature that we're not sure yet how to build, however we will investigate it. If you could clarify for us though, that would be great.
