[Feature request] Imports with query support

The rule independent-modules does not handle imports with query parameters properly.

I use vite-plugin-svgr in my project. By default it requires ?react parameter to be added to an svg import path.
The problem is ?react is assumed to be part of extension and the plugin is looking for a file with .svg?react extension,
that is not quite right. It should look for .svg file instead of .svg?react.
