First release for Actinius Icarus v1.4

This is a first version which has the following functionality:

1. Logging GNSS nmea messgaes to lz4 compressed files on the featherwing sd card
2. Daily uploading of gnsslog files to a webdav server share
3. Led indicators showing status
4. User button press rolls over the curren log and initiates an upload (otherwise this is done daily at midnight)
5. The supplied binary firmware (mcuboot compatible) is compiled for the Actinius Icarus v1.4 target (NOT the newer v2 version yet)
